Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

love to ride it to work. saves gas. 20 to 40 miles before empty battery power. 20 ish if you "floor it" of course I do! got seat on. rigged a basket to shop at Walmart or Kroger so I don't need to waste gas

Arwibon, Lovlivi.Good.3 modes (1. 16mph 2. 16-38 3. 39-50+)It goes very fast on mode 2. and too fast on mode 3.materials are all metal, it should be durable.It has 2 smalls wheels at the bottom for easy transporation.The lowest priced offroad scooter with 60v27ah battery.Brakes are great but may need adjusting.Bad11" tire has no PSI indicator, i think it should be pumped to 50psi.throttle is not smooth, especially at low speed.stem bar has a little wobble and at high speed, this could be danger.uncomfortable accelerators, L/R brakes placement, handle bar is none adjustable. (height is adjustable)Big screen is pretty much useless, there is no bluetooth or app to connect this scooter to.It's extremelly difficult to lift this scooter up at 90lb, however, there are tiny wheels for easy transportation.
