Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sale@arwibon.net
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sale@arwibon.net.
Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period,Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. So to compare it to the first one i bought, its 3's faster, has bigger wheels, suspension and a battery that last many miles longer. Another plus is that you can buy a second charger an charger your scooter twice as fast with the duel charging ports. I have put 750 mils on the odometer so far an look forward to many more. For the price, this is a whole lot of scooter.

This is the second scooter I have purchased. (My first was a starter from gotrax) I absolutely love this thing! It is such a smooth ride, has a great battery life and is almost too fast. I like it so much im buying a second one so i can ride with friends and dont have to get off to let them take a turn. Was super easy to unbox and get it ready for riding. The only thing that is even remotely a complaint from me, is that it weighs 60+ pounds and I live on the 4th floor of my building. The gotrax only weighed 30 pounds. But once you ride the Arwibon you will understand why it is a bit heavier. (To be honest I'm getting a great workout carring it up an down the stairs. But if you can't lift 60+ and go up or down stairs, then it might not be a good fit for you)

This thing is great. Hits 40+ easy. I have hit 43. Get some wobble at that speed.I weigh close to 200. Nice long battery. That big battery makes it heavy though. The one drawback I could find. Weighs right at 100 lbs. got nice lights and horn. I have had a blast on this. KING OF THE BIKE TRAIL

product description lies! in a good way! goes up to 50mph and i am 237lbs. it is so fun and love riding it! goes great uphill, and in dirt, and battery last a very long time! love the big fat tires, kick board, and lights, and the horn and blinkers are everthing.
