Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sale@arwibon.net
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

love to ride it to work. saves gas. 20 to 40 miles before empty battery power. 20 ish if you "floor it" of course I do! got seat on. rigged a basket to shop at Walmart or Kroger so I don't need to waste gas

I think this is one of the best scooter i seen, good price, so powerfull, very fast, very responsible seller, and really recover this seller. I recommend it to the 100%, very responsible skateboard very quickly, the battery has good performing, I bought this skateboard to go to my work every day, 8 miles of hida and 8 Mile back and it just consumes me 1 point of the battery, very heavy to lift it but all good after that.
