Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period,Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. This scooter is so awesome!It's such a blast to ride on all terrains.It is seriously fast and comfortable to ride on long rides.

This e-Scooter quality is pretty good but with one issues, at least mine shows that is going 34mph when with a gps it really goes 24mph other then that it is very quick I did a max speed of 40mph on gps. Its a bit heavy but good for a smooth ride a very good battery I use it for work about 10 miles both ways and still have 75% batterie life left. Customers service is very good, they responded fast and are fixing the issues Im having. Delivery was extremely fast 3 days after I ordered!

This scooter is really great. I love riding it in the park. It is pretty fast and gets me to places pretty quickly. It folds very easy. The lights also work very well at night. Riding was also pretty smooth. So far the battery has lasted a pretty long time. The assembly only took about 6 minutes too. For just 180 I think this is a perfect scooter!

I saw that this scooter is dual drive, max 50mph, range can be 50 miles, so fast, I was very impressed, I already have two at home, this will be my third scooter.

So far it seems to be a very well built solid heavy machine and it looks futuristic the light are sweet and the display too well packed with no damage the manual is half useless it doesnt tell you how turn on the scooter or how to turn on the ambient lights but i figured it out
